A doctor visit organizer for family caregivers

If you help a parent, spouse, or other family member get ready for appointments, Health Visit App's Family plan keeps their questions, medications, and visit notes in one place — without you having to re-explain their history at every visit.

Health Visit App is a personal organizer, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed clinician. For anything urgent, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What the Family plan actually includes

These are the real features on the Family plan today — see full pricing for current rates:

How sharing actually works

The account holder creates each family member's profile and stays in control of it. You decide what gets shared, who you invite to view it, and you can revoke a caregiver's access at any time — it takes effect immediately. Full detail is in section 11 of our Terms.

Consent — for adults and for minors

If you're adding a parent, spouse, or other adult family member, get their agreement first before entering their health information. If you're the parent or legal guardian setting up a profile for a minor child, you manage that profile directly and you're responsible for what's entered about them. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What this looks like in practice

  1. Set up a profile for the person you're caring for, with their consent (or as their parent/legal guardian).
  2. Before each appointment, run a Visit Prep session for that profile so you walk in with the right questions already written down.
  3. Keep their medication list current in the medication vault, so it's ready to hand to any new doctor.
  4. After the visit, turn what the doctor said into checklist items — follow-up date, refills, what to watch for.
  5. If another family member is helping too, invite them as a caregiver so you're not the only one tracking it.

For a full step-by-step example, see our first visit plan walkthrough, or print our general doctor visit checklist to use alongside their profile.

Questions caregivers ask

Does the person I'm caring for need their own login?

No. Family profiles live under your account. You manage them directly — they don't need a separate account for you to keep their visits organized.

Can more than one family member help out?

Yes. You can invite another caregiver to view the profiles you choose to share. You stay in control of that access and can remove it at any time.

Is my family member's information sold or used to train AI?

No. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's used.

What if I'm only caring for one person, not a whole family?

The Family plan still works for a single parent or spouse profile plus your own — you don't need multiple people to get value from shared profiles and caregiver access.
